November 2nd results in Texas Rugby

Saturday marked the final weekend of the Texas Cup Representative Series, in which the North Select Team from the DFW Metroplex & Oklahoma collected the trophy for the series! The North team visited the South (Houston-area) team at Alden Bridge Sports Park in The Woodlands, TX with a crushing defeat. With the conclusion of this Series, a nine-team, home-and-away D1 Men's season kicks off culminating in 16 matches for each club. Each D1 Men's club is required to carry a 2nd XV that competes in a separate D3 division to build depth. The Red River Rugby Conference promises to present an exciting and busy 2013-2014 season!
