As we move into the Spring season, I plan to offer more videos on Hitting the Links. I've found many fitness, coaching, and skills videos in several different places and think these should get a wider audience.
I am particularly fond of the Tiger Rugby Fit videos that Paul Holmes and his 1823 crew produces on their YouTube channel. Each training session is geared to increase strength, endurance, and stability through muscle confusion. These are the workouts used by the Tiger Rugby arm of the Olympic Development Program (ODP). When they do finally open a Texas ODP Academy under Tiger, you can be sure these are the types of workouts our Texas Ruggers will be using.
Also, I've started searching online for coaching resources - books, papers, videos, etc. Much is available. As I review them, I'll post links and embeds on Hitting the Links for you to peruse. Everyone wants to improve their game!
