Due to the success of the inaugural championship, the 2014 NSCRO 7s Men's Small College National Championship is returning to Philadelphia, PA on May 31 and June 1. In 2013 eight colleges from across the country competed with the NSCRO 7s semifinals and final played in PPL Park Stadium. Occidental College prevailed over the University of North Florida in front of more than 8,000 fans in the final.
